Privacy policy

This website does not use analytics or marketing cookies or tracking tools. The hosting provider may use technical mechanisms necessary to protect the site against abuse. I collect personal data only when you send a message through the form or by e-mail.

What data and why

• Full name, company name, e-mail address, optionally phone number and the content of your message — to reply to your enquiry and, if relevant, prepare an offer.
• Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps taken at your request before entering into a contract) and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest: handling correspondence).

Recipients of data

• Website hosting and form handling: Cloudflare, Inc. (USA) — website hosting and form handling; Resend (USA) — delivery of form messages to my mailbox.
• The provider of the mailbox where messages are delivered.

If a provider processes data outside the European Economic Area, this is based on the mechanisms set out in Chapter V GDPR, e.g. standard contractual clauses or an adequacy decision.

How long

I keep correspondence data for up to 12 months after our last contact, unless we start working together — in that case for the period required by tax and accounting law.

Your rights

You have the right to access your data, to rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and to object to processing based on legitimate interest. You can also lodge a complaint with the President of the Polish Personal Data Protection Office (UODO) or the supervisory authority in your country.

Marketing communications

I do not send marketing communications without your consent. I reply to the messages I receive.
